All items shipped from Tow Mart, Inc. are shipped via UPS and FedEx. We are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any damages to the merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. Items must be inspected at the time of delivery for any damage that may have occurred in transit. The driver and/or shipping company must be made aware of the damage at the time of delivery and a claim should be filed with the shipping company. This is the purchasers responsibility. You can return any new or unused item within 90 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price. Simply go to the contact us on the web site and send us an email with your ITEM # and reason for returning the item, we will confirm your email with an RGA# for return authorization. Write the RGA# clearly on the package and send it back to us so that we can process your return. When shipping a return to us we suggest using traceable United Parcel Service ground service.
